Scenes From The Zoo

This year the company Matt works for hosted their annual summer party at the Zoo.  We had a great time.  The party starts when the zoo closes for regular patrons, so Jacobsen employees and their families have the zoo all to themselves.  It made such a huge difference not to have to deal with the crowds!  They provided dinner, tickets to the bird show, and unlimited carousel rides.  Despite being SUPER hot, we had a great time.  My favorite moment of the evening is when we went and saw the elephants, and Charlie attempted to have a conversation with them by lifting his arm like a trunk, and squealing at them.
